RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • A 5% restocking fee iis applied to all returns.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
  • All Sale items or orders placed during promotional sales are FINAL SALE.
  • All International Orders are FINAL SALE.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
  • Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      • Socks
      • Masks
      • Patches
      • Stickers
      • Hats
      • Beanies
  • MFLH does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice WITH PICTURES) to mflhgear@gmail.com  before sending the item back.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.
  • Re-shipping fees for an exchange request will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • You may use a shipper of your choice or we can provide a return label. If we provide a return label, the cost of shipping will de deducted from refund / credit.
  • To insure we receive your return please request a tracking number from your shipper.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
